Stiffener plate along with fasteners for front carrier plate of CBC as per RDSO
Drawing No. RDSO/CG/DRG/24034, Alt. 2. Item Nos. 1 to 5. Note- 1. Stiffener plates
shall be as per IS3885 Part-2, Grade-5 in annealed condition with hardness between
190-245 BHN. 2. 50% of stiffener plates shall have holes with Pitch=100+-0.5mm
and distance from edge = 25+-1mm, while remaining 50% stiffener plates shall
have holes with Pitch=90+-0.5mm and distance from edge=30+-01mm. 3. Hex
Head bolt Shall be of reputed make UNBRAKO, TVS, TUFF, CAPARO, STERLING,
except LPS. Make-Any. .
