E-Auction Sale Notice for Sale of immovable assets under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The auction sale will be conducted online through the e-auction portal. The intending bidders are required to register on the portal and complete the e-KYC process. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be paid online before the e-Auction Date. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day or the next working day, with the remaining amount to be paid within 15 days from the date of auction. |
